We focus on addressing the harmful effects of : Intrusive thoughts , Loss of focus, Dysfunctional breathing BPD ,hypertension (high blood pressure), panic attacks, stress hormones (adrenaline and cortisol), low immune system, insomnia, loss or over-stimulation of appetite, feeling out of control, digestive problems.
