My hypnotherapy for unwanted habits combines clinical hypnotherapy and NLP to help you quit. Unwanted habits can be anything we do subconsciously that is causing us an inconvenience or serious problem – this can include snacking, biting your nails, picking at your skin, or sucking your thumb as examples.
This hypnotherapy program works because I work with you to change the unconscious mind controlling the habit. We work together to develop techniques and strategies to teach the mind to drop the habit fast, either eliminating it completely or replacing it with a healthy habit. You will be amazed how quickly you can get rid of a habit, even if you’ve had it for years. I usually recommend a minimum of two sessions maximum four to stop this permanently
